The client wanted to transform a dated 1990s courtyard into a fresh, functional space that connected the home to the outdoors. They wanted a grassed area for summer and a decked entertaining zone under the existing pergola.

We refreshed the pergola, added privacy screening around the perimeter, and designed a timber deck that wraps around the house to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The result is a calm, low-maintenance courtyard that feels modern, open, and ready for entertaining year-round.
